PACKAGES

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WEDDINGS 

  • Couples can potentially start set up on Wednesday along with assistance from our team.

  • Staff will be onsite during your event to clear tables, remove trash, and handle any issues. 

  • Couples will have complimentary use of an extensive collection of decor, all tables, chairs, and serving pieces  to use exclusively or in conjunction with their own decor.

  • Coupes will have a consult for decorations before their wedding to choose designs.

  • Rehearsal Dinners can be held on-site

  • After the event, out team will clean, take down, and pack up wedding items. No cleaning up or asking  family or friends to help.

SUNDAY WEDDINGS 

  • Couples can start setting up at 9:00 am.

  • We do not allow rehearsals for Sunday weddings.

  • After the event, staff will clean, take down, and pack up wedding items.

  • Couples will have complimentary use of an extensive collection of decor to use exclusively or in conjunction with their decor.

  • Couples will have a consult for decorations before their wedding to choose designs.

DEPOSIT FOR WEDDINGS - $1,000

A $500 security deposit is expected at the time of booking.  The other $500.00  will be due within 30 days. This is separate from the amount to rent the venue. Once the deposit is paid, your event will be booked. The deposit covers the owners of the property if any couple were to cancel their event. If a couple were to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. Also, the deposit will be used to cover any damages to property. The $1000 deposit will be returned after your event if everything is cleaned & no damage to property.

 

OTHER EVENTS (SUNDAYS ONLY)

Starting at $500 for the day- This is the rate for showers and events held during the day from 10 am until 4 pm.  If you are looking for an evening or extended time, please call and we can discuss.

How can I visit the venue?   Call /text/or email us to set up a tour.

What is included in the price?  You will have access to 20 round and 20 rectangle tables and 250 reception chairs

Our team will set up and take down your provided ceremony chairs.

What kids of decorations are there to use?  We have a little of everything- table settings, centerpieces, florals, backdrops and arches

Do you offer table linens?  We have tablecloths and napkins that we rent.

How hands on is your team?  As much as you need.  We can help with all planning stages and execute many of the needed services.
